
Hello, My name is Kevin Blanchard I have a small story....I was having a miserable time with my computer I went and bought thisfree registry fix from these folks and did the scan, it said I had over 4500 errors so I tried to hit the fix error button but I think there were too many errors to really fix and so I got a little upset because I couldnt get the darned thing fixed I tried talking to a fella on the chat with a tech, and I have to say I was'nt that nice to the fella, his name was ALAN and I'd like to apologise to him for being so rude. Anyway I wanted a refund even though the registry thing fixed a bunch of the errors I was frustrated,so I went back to the chat thing and he asked me very ploitely if I would let them take over remotely and try to fix the problem. Well I did'nt even want to do that but I decided at the last minute to hit the button,and Im very glad I did. I got put on this remote thing with a guy called COLIN and I have never seen a guy do so much work to fix my messed up computer!! this poor guy stuck at this for about and hour and by the end of this thing, not only was I amazed at the stuff they can do with the remote thing, I was also feeling very bad for the way I had been talking to these poor guys,they did nothing but help me and he did end up fixing my miserable computer. This computer has'nt ran this fast since I bought it, and that is no exaggeration!!! I just want you folks to know that not only do you have a customer, I am also going to tell all of my family members and friends about this site as well. So sorry for my bad additude and thanks sooo much for your hard work.

Hello - have just used your remote assistance with a man named Colin. Just would like to say how easy & amazing I found the experience and hopefully it has fixed all my PC problems. Colin was a very helpful and patient person and although it's a little worrying at first - having someone "in" your PC - it all worked out fine, hopefully. Will let you know if I am still having problems!!

Within the last few days, i had a problem with my computer freezing on a very regular basis. I had the opportunity to work with one of your technicians. His name is Colin. he was very proffessional and handles my problem quickly and efficiently. He knew exactly what to do and even ran most of the tools he needed remotely which sped the process up even more.
I am very satisfied now that my computer no longer freezes, and runs a little faster as well.

Just a quick note to say I had a help session with Colin at LogMeIn Rescue this afternoon and he uninstalled and reinstalled Free Registry Fix on my computer and remedied my "Your temporary key has expired" problem. Everything is back to running smoothly again. I was pleased with the way things were handled. Thanks.
